Refund policy

The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, without any penalty and without communicating the reason, within 14 days of delivery, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the address Via Guglielmo Marconi 35, SCN, 62010 Appignano (MC) or by email to the address, matteo@reversomoto.com. To be valid, this communication must contain:

  • name and surname of the customer;
  • the express will to withdraw from the contract;
  • the data necessary to identify the order placed, the address to which it was - - shipped and the relative payment;
  • the indication of the product for which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised.

The product must be returned to Reverso Moto no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the same. As soon as the product subject to the right of withdrawal is received and if this right has been validly exercised, Reverso Moto will promptly send notification of receipt via email and refund the customer the amount paid at the time of purchase within 30 working days from the date on which Reverso Moto became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the customer. It is specified that:

  • the only costs payable by the customer who exercises the right of withdrawal are those of shipping for the purpose of returning the product;
  • the actual time for the re-credit varies in relation to the credit/debit card used and therefore no delay can be attributed to Reverso Moto in relation to such re-credit. The aforementioned refund will be carried out by Reverso Moto towards the person who made the payment;
  • Reverso Moto will not proceed with the refund in the event that the product is altered and/or damaged or is not returned in the original packaging.

It is therefore important that the customer who exercises the right of withdrawal takes care of the product from the moment of receipt until shipment to Reverso Moto. If the customer receives a defective or damaged product at the origin, it will be the customer's responsibility to contact Reverso Moto immediately, and no later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the same, in order to proceed, at the customer's choice, to repair or replace the same, with shipping costs to Reverso Moto paid by the customer and second shipping costs to the customer paid by Reverso Moto.

Damages and problems
Inspect the order upon receipt and contact us immediately in the event of defects or damage or if you have received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the problem and make sure to resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example food, flowers or plants), custom products (for example special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (for example beauty products). In addition, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, do not hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift vouchers.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if your goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached and must be in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 working days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
